You get an automatic confirmation. If a return is needed, we send the address and next steps.
If you withdraw, you cover the cost of sending the goods back — unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
Sealed hygiene/health products you've opened, perishables, and personalised or made-to-order items can't be withdrawn under EU rules.
You may inspect items as you would in a shop. Returns showing use beyond that may receive a reduced refund.
